Her completed searches include engagements for areas in general management, finance, marketing, sales and human resources, as well as within specialized fields such as board directorships, real estate development and asset management across a myriad of asset classes and geographies, corporate real estate, investor relations, information technology, tax and actuarial.
Prior to re-launching her own boutique firm, Alyson was a Client Partner with Heidrick & Struggles, a publicly-traded international executive search organization. She is an avid yet slow runner, and 'competes' in the occasional triathlon. She is a terrible golfer. She lives in Toronto with her husband, five daughters and Border Terrier.
